According to Rock Scully, Pig Pen had these particular posters tacked to his bedroom wall at 710 Ashbury Street and when the band moved out, Scully ended up with them. There are four including: 1) a Jefferson Airplane concert poster, The Fillmore Ballroom, San Francisco, CA, 1966, artwork by Stanley Mouse; 2) a Big Brother & the Holding Company handbill, The Matrix, San Francisco, CA, November 1-6, 1966, artwork by Stanley Mouse signed (probably later) in black felt tip ink "S. Mouse;" 3) a Grateful Dead/Moby Grape/Sly and the Family Stone/New Salvation Army concert poster, The Fillmore Auditorium, San Francisco, CA, February 12, 1967, artwork by Hank Lelo, presented by Bill Graham; and 4) a Blue Cheer/The Other Half/The Wild Flower concert poster, The Western Front, San Francisco, CA, October 20-21, 1967, artwork by Jack Hatfield. There are also three posters that Scully had hanging up in the Grateful Dead's office (on the corner of Union and Fillmore Streets in San Francisco, just a couple of blocks from the Matrix), after the band had moved from 710, including: 1) a Blues Project/Genesis/Taj Mahal and the Blue Flames concert poster, The Avalon Ballroom, San Francisco, CA, 1968, artwork by Neon Park, presented by Family Dog; 2) a Moody Blues/Frumious Bandersnatch/Chicago Transit Authority concert poster, The Fillmore West, San Francisco, CA, November 4, 1968, presented by Bill Graham; and 3) a Move Cold Blood/Albert King concert poster, The Fillmore West, San Francisco, CA, February 20-23, 1969, artwork by Irons, presented by Bill Graham. (Please note most posters have pin holes, small rips and tears, and staining due to use and age.) Mostly 23 x 15in; Handbill: 11 x 8 1/2in
