A Victorian mahogany miniature longcase clock, second half 19th century The breakarch hood with outset brass-capped turned columns, moulded frame to the trunk door, the plinth with stepped base and moulded frame with concave cut corners, the 8½in. brass dial with foliate spandrels to a silvered Roman and Arabic chapter ring signed James Gibbs London , matted centre, with silvered strike/silent ring in the arch, the four pillar movement with anchor escapement and rack strike on bell -- 61in. (155cm.) high
