AN AUSTRIAN SEVEN-PIECE SILVER TEA AND COFFEE SERVICE WITH A TRAY EN SUITE MARK OF J.C. KLINKOSH, VIENNA, CIRCA 1890, WITH IMPERIAL WARRANT Each piece spiral-fluted pear shape, chased with trailing foliage, flowers and insects, comprising: a kettle, stand and lamp; a coffee pot; a teapot; a hot milk jug; a cream jug and a tea strainer, each with leaf carved ebonised wood handle and a sugar with two short silver handles, the tray shaped oval with foliage scroll rim and two handles, most pieces engraved with accolé coats-of-arms, marked near rims or under bases and on covers, the tray marked on back , contained in a fitted oak case, applied on the cover with a metal plaque engraved with the same arms, the inside labelled for Klinkosh the tray 30¾ in. (78.2 cm.) wide gross weight 307 oz. (9,563 gr.) (8)
