An early Victorian teapot and matching gilt-lined cream jug, each of compressed moulded circular form and on a spreading foot, decorated with stylised leaves and strapwork and with leaf-capped floral-decorated scroll handles terminating in foliate terminals, the teapot with squat curved spout and circular finial, maker's initials I.T., London 1838 - height of teapot 5¼in. (13.25cm.), 33oz. (2)
