Hamilton Shortt M. Inst. C. E. in association with the synchronome Company Ltd. 32 & 34 Clerkenwell Rd. London. E. C. , the slave clock in a rectangular oak case with florally carved spandrels above a cream-painted Roman dial signed Synchronome with black painted hands, the synchronome movement of typical form with jewelled gathering pin affixed to the pendulum passing over a 15-toothed wheel with steel arm to its arbor giving make-break contact every 30 seconds.
