AN INDIAN DAGGER ( KARD ) PROBABLY KUTCH, LATE 18TH CENTURY With heavy watered steel tapering straight blade, the hilt with an applied panel of rich green foiled glass on each side affixed with two gilt pins in the form of rosettes with central red glass, a gilt-copper panel below with engraved scrolling floral designs, the spine with similar gilt panel decorated with repeating floral design, a plain trefoil terminal at the head of the hilt, blade re-attached, crack in one side of the hilt 17 7/8in. (45.4cm.) long
