AN OWARI NOBUIE TSUBA AND A KATCHUSHI TSUBA The heavy mokko-gata iron plate pierced with a design of an axe in ko-sukashi and two udenuki ana , signed Nobuie , mid Edo period (18th century), 8.6cm.; and the iron katchushi tsuba of mokko form pierced with a raddish and a shell in ko-sukashi , probably Saotome school, mid Edo perid (18th century), 8.7cm.
