Venice: Philippus Pincius, 30 April 1493. 2° (304 x 205mm). 44 lines & headline, roman & greek letter (lacking the final blank, t1 misbound at end, lower margin of m3 & m4 shorter, a few small wormholes in margin and/or text, some mainly marginal staining or soiling). Contemporary calf-backed wooden boards (rebacked with old spine relaid, lacking clasps). Provenance : Ferdinand Cortes (18th-century booklabel, according to note below the book was the property of Ferdinand Cortes, discoverer of Mexico); some old Latin manuscript annotations in margins.
