Leicht nach links gedrehtes Hüftportrait einer jungen Dame in edlem purpurrotem Gewand mit breiten weißen Säumen und auf der Brust liegendem Spitzenbesatz. Die Handhaltung scheint typisch für die Damenportraits von van Ravesteyns: Schon in dem Portrait welches 1991 bei Christie‘s, New York am 15. Oktober 1992 unter los 36 versteigert worden ist und welches 1659 datiert ist (RKD Nr. 137149) ist dies zu beobachten.
