The Months of the Year
Set of ten oval enamel plaques; each with a scene representing a month of the year with a zodiac symbol in clouds and inscribed with the name of the month to the lower edge; each in a later gilt metal frame with loop for hanging; each of the plaques with numerous paper labels to the reverse including one inscribed 'GLASGOW ART / GALLERIES & MUSEUMS / Reg. No. 04-39-j' on the month of August and eight indicating the J.P. Morgan Collection
