Illustrations by Donald Denton, [n.p.]: Privately printed for subscribers, 1928, small 4°, number 142 of 175 copies of the special large, illustrated edition on hand-made paper, 12 plates, an extra coloured plate by Denton inserted loose, chapter headings and headpieces printed in blue, contemporary green half morocco, spine gilt, t.e.g; and 2 others illustrated by Denton.
