Three autograph albums containing autograph letters, cut signatures and signed photographs of stage actors, authors, opera singers and politicians, including Ellen Terry Henry Irving, Walter Crane (1902), Nellie Melba (1902), a postcard signed by Enrico Caruso Max Beerbohm a drawing by Cecil Aldin, Asquith, Roosevelt, Chamberlain and Gladstone, the albums oblong 4to and 8vo (some wear to covers). and : a collection of theatre and opera bills, comprising 46 for performances at Drury Lane, 1801-1838, including two featuring Maria Malibran, one with Mario LaBlache, and one with Marie Taglioni with Schroeder Devrient; and 70 Covent Garden bills, 1801-1838, including performances featuring Mrs Siddons and Mr Kemble (most laid down on paper, occasional spotting).
