Chicago: Reilly & Britton Co., 1905. 48 pp. Folio (380 x 280 mm). Illustrated by Ike Morgan Publisher’s cloth-backed pictorial wrappers (second state with blue stippling removed from back wrapper), housed in a green clamshell case. Condition: stained wrappers with bottom right hand corner of front chipped; internal soiling and some small tears. arguably the rarest of baum’s oz-related fantasies . A continuation of Baum’s Sunday comic page “Queer Visitors from The Marvelous Land of Oz” that promoted both the second Oz Book The Marvelous Land of Oz (1904) and The Woggle-Bug , the 1905 musical extravaganza based on the book. Because of the ephemeral nature of the story and its format, the publishers let it go out of print by 1906.
