Ginger, 1769, red box-rules throughout, woodcut head- and tailpieces and initials, toning, closed tear in L1, all edges gilt, contemporary red goatskin for the Chapel Royal at St James's, spine gilt in compartments with crescent and flower devices, covers gilt with elaborate centrepieces containing cipher of George III and text 'Chapel Royal, St James's', outer frames composed of twin fillets enclosing stylised roll, and decorative cornerpieces incorporating royal crown, extremities rubbed, gilt bright, 8vo (18 x 11.2 cm) (Qty: 1) ESTC T129770.
