This Bexley 1999 Decoband Limited Edition Fountain Pen was created in 1999 when Bexley brought new life to the WAHL 'Decoband' from the 1930s by re-creating the design in several Limited Edition pens. This particular pen is in the second series, the first series was created in 1997. This pen is of cartridge/ converter fill with barrel and cap in pearlescent 'Saphire Blue' celluloid, with a 14K white gold clip and 'roller' tip, and 925 Sterling Bexley cap band. The band is marked with the number 5, indicating it is the fifth of only 299 pens. It is fitted with a Bexley '585' 14K two-tone fine nib. It is mint-in-sleeve, in chamois lined blue plush box with wipe and papers.
