The third edition of Castalione's version of the Bible, and the last issued before his death in 1563. The text is arranged much as in the first edition published in 1551, but a full column contains from 61 to 64 lines, and only the supplementary pieces are in italic type. The text is not divided into verses. With large inscription on front flyleaf, "Peter Smith, Walbridge, 1770"; ink notation in Latin to top of title-page; further Latin notations to leaf preceding start of Genesis.
