Boer War - Victorian 19th century Queen's South Africa medal with Defence Of Kimberley clasp, awarded to one 31994 Private Robert George Silson of the Kimberley Town Guards. Impressed to rim. With original ribbon. Supplied with associated later research. Silson went on to serve in both the First and Second World Wars and was KIA 26th Oct 1940 in Kenya, whilst serving in the South Africa Forces.
