Le couvercle de la boîte quadrilobée en jade vert épinard est incrusté d'une plaque en jade blanc représentant un dragon sinueux à cinq griffes à la poursuite de la perle enflammée surmonté du caractère Wan dans un médaillon contre un fond ajouré à motifs de svastikas.
