72% Pinot Noir, 28% Chardonnay. In 2014, and disgorgedin 2013, this has a very beer and brioche nose, very 'iodé' and bready.On the palate, there is all the fresh acidity and structure of 1988.Great depth and a yin yang, sweet/salty taste that lingers long on thefinish. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
