Collation: a-r 8 s 1 0 t 6 u 8 x-y 4 (a1r blank, a1v genealogical stemma of the Dukes of Milan printed in red, a2r Chronica , x4v blank, y1r Series , y4v blank). 168 leaves. 45 lines. Type: 5:111R, 7:76G. 7-8-line initial spaces with guide-letters. (Occasional light staining, small wormholes sometimes touching text, genealogical chart very slightly trimmed at lower edge.)
