On the upper part of the plaque an inscription in German: "Neue Synagoge der Jsr.[aelitichen] Religionsges.[ellschaft] zu Frankfurt A[m] M[ain]" [New synagogue of the Frankfurt am Main Jewish congregation]. On the lower part an inscription: "inaugurated on August 29, 1907" (German and Hebrew). Maker's mark appears on the rim. 49X61 mm.
