"Buffalo BIll's Wild West Combined with Pawnee Bill's Great Far East." 6.75 x 9.5 in. Los Angeles, Santa Barbra, and San Diego, California. October 15-19. Four original programs from shows in California and New York. The full program printed by the Fless & Ridge Printing Co. of New York features information on the west and important battles, short biographies of many performers like Annie Oakley, provenance on the life and career as a Colonel, tracker, and marksmen. It also includes Cody's musings on social and political issues. The program includes printed copies of epic lithographs as well as printed copies of photographs of American Indians and noteable chiefs. The other short programs features printed copies of woodcut scenes of the West "teaming with realism and truth." The California short programs gives "A few plain facts due to the spectator," promising that the extended show "cover[s] horse history as to reach in possibilities in th[e] subject--The Limit." Condition: All four programs have some toning on the pages and pencil markings from previous owners.
