Circa 1966. A 12 gauge over-under game gun with 26 - 1/2" blacked steel barrels that feature ejectors and fixed chokes being Modified and Improved Cylinder. Barrels are nicely fit with a low profiled machined ventilated rib. Rib with steel round front bead sight. Left side of top barrel reads "BROWNING ARMS COMPANY ST. LOUIS Mo & MONTREAL PQ.", "MADE IN BELGIUM". Right side of barrel reads "SPECIAL STEEL - 12. GA -SHELLS 2 3/4". "PATENTS No 2.203.378-2.233.861". Silver-grey patina action body is engraved with scrolls and flying pigeons and with oak leaves on fences. The gold-washed single inertia trigger is protected by a silver-grey patina trigger guard also with scroll engraving and extends to a 3/4 length bottom strap. Safe slide built with integral barrel selector. The high gloss feather crotched stock is built with a 2-panel sharp checkered round knob pistol grip and finished with a black "BROWNING" recoil plate. The gun is fit with the traditional Browning styled game forend, release latch is engraved. Gun comes in a Browning luggage case. CONDITION: Excellent. Barrels are very good with the slightest of handling marks. Action is tight with light stains from dried oil. Ejectors are in time and trigger is crisp. Stock and forend are also very good with only very light handling marks. Case is very good also with light handling marks.
