Lot consists of (A) Smith and Wesson Military and Police model 1905 revolver chambered in .38 Smith and Wesson special. Factory nickel finish 5 screw square butt K frame. Pinned round barrel with rounded front blade sight. Stampings on barrel include "SMITH & WESSON" on left side, patent on top, and "38 S. & W. SPECIAL CTG" on left side. Frame is stamped with Smith and Wesson trade mark on left and "MADE IN U.S.A" on right side under cylinder. Diamond checkered walnut stocks with metal SW symbol on both sides. Matching serial numbers. CONDITION: Very good overall condition with almost all original finish remaining. Signs of oxidation and scratches throughout, especially on right side of frame behind cylinder and on cylinder itself. Good bore and good mechanics. (B) Colt model official police revolver manufactured in 1944 and chambered in .38 Smith and Wesson Special. Blued frame and barrel with rounded blade front sight and "COLT OFFICIAL POLICE 38" stamped on left side of barrel. Single rampant pony stamped on left side of frame. Checkered trigger face and cylinder release. Checkered wood grips with Colt emblem imbedded on both sides. Includes factory box. CONDITION: Excellent overall condition with almost all original bluing remaining. Light wear marks on edges. Good bore and mechanics. GFP.
