Custom slipcase. One of 300 copies printed at the Grabhorn Press. This copy from the library of noted collector William J. Holliday, with his bookplate. Letters to Holliday concerning the book laid in from W.R. Coe, George Hammond, and Edward Eberstadt. Holliday was the owner of a number of the original sketches by Heger reproduced in this volume.
