H.: 15 cm - L.: 21.8 cm - W.: 20 cm - Wt.: 3530 g. Helmets of this type and weight were used by sappers working to undermine the fortifications of besieged sites. The unusually heavy construction of such helmets was necessary to withstand the concentrated impacts of projectiles.
