Frodsham No. 1702 above the silvered chapter ring with painted Roman chapters and with blued fleurs de lys hands, the centre with similarly pierced and chased mask with subsidiary seconds ring below XII and up-and-down indication above VI numbered 1-35 and inscribed Wind 1st of the month , the substantial four double-screwed pillar movement secured with three brackets into the seat board, twin chain fusee with maintainin power and dead beat escapement with jewelled pallets, the anchor arbor pivots and escape wheel pivots jewelled in screwed chaton, beat adjustment to the crutch, the steel-cased mercury pendulum suspended from a bracket on the back board swinging against the typical silvered beat-scale below signed Chas.
