Château Mouton-Rothschild--Vintage 1961 Pauillac, 1er cru classé Bottle number 44692. Good appearance. Level base of neck Tasting Note: Most recently: glorious, deep, velvety appearance, still with youthful plummy colour; at first sniff, almost a 'clone' of the '45, spicy, whiff of tobacco. Fairly sweet, very spicy, crisp, great length, dry finish. Delicious. Dramatic but not overdone. Last tasted Nov 2005 ***** Time in hand. M.B. 1 bottle per lot
