cover 1835-97 (circa), the collection of entires and covers including 1835 entire from Prague to London showing the rare "REGISTERED/crown" handstamp fine in black but the edges of the address panel stained by self-adhesive tape: later from 1842 with 1s, 6d., 4d. and 2d. fees and a fine, attractive and colourful range of frankings including 1841 and later 1d. and 2d., embossed 6d. and 10d., 1855-57 6d. and later surfaced-printed values to 10d. (single and pair, on 1872 and 1874 entires to Italy), and 1897 envelope to USA with five 1d. Revenue stamps. Registration markings include various "crown/REGISTERED" types, two examples of the very scarce Liverpool Registered "spoon" cancellation (on 1855 & 1857 fronts), and some stationery (including 1881 envelope with 1½d. value). Mostly inland mails but with a few to Europe, Canada and the USA. (37 items)
