The work is in generally very good overall condition. There is some minor rubbing with a few tiny losses about the extreme edges. There are a few specks of staining and what appears to be a possible bloom in places. Some extremely minor craquelure to the brown pigment. Ultraviolet light reveals the aforementioned possible bloom, but no obvious signs of retouching. Held in a painted and gilt wood frame.
