Oblong 4to (220 x 300 mm) 32pp. Bound album comprised of a complete set of 268 printed numbered cards plus 3 flag cards, all in color, mounted over captioned and in numbered rectangular spaces with printed captions. Original printed pictorial wrappers. Condition: browned paper, margins with tears; soiled, with edge tears and rubbing. illustrated book documenting the events in the cuban revolution. Pictures events from the Fall of Batista and the various struggles of the revolutionaries. Includes pictures of Fidel and Raul Castro, Ernesto "Che" Guevara and many other leaders up to the Triumphal Return of Fidel Castro into Havana in 1959. Produced as an advertising campaign for the Cia. Industrial Empacadora de Dulces, S.A. where the cards came as premiums for the purchase of their products, and the album would have been supplied to the consumers for them to paste the premium cards accordingly.
