FIRST EDITION, italic type, 107 woodcuts of flowers and herbs in text, most full-page, most (all those preceding page 234) roughly colored by a contemporary hand (the white oxidized on pp. 136, 226 and 229), woodcut printer's device on title, woodcut initials. . A very attractive copy of Dodoens' study of plants considered interesting for their scent or flowers. The woodcuts are by Arnaud Nicolai and G. van Kampen after drawings by P. van der Borcht.
