CIRCLE OF GIORGIO VASARI STUDY FOR A CEILING WITH ALLEGORICAL FIGURES, PEN AND BROWN INK, BROWN WASH
The drawing recalls the Vasarian vocabulary, and most particularly that of his segmented ceiling decorations, in which architecture, sculpture and painting merge seamlessly into a unified whole.
