F.S. ASHLEY-COOPER] Richard's Cricket Guide for 1920 [after 1920, Richards' Nottinghamshire Cricket Guide by Incog. ] Nottingham: C.H. Richards, 1920-31. 12 vols., 16mo., 1925 with 2 plates (rust holes at inner margins left by staples, 1926-27 with owner's reference numbers on title, 1931 lightly browned at margins), original printed wrappers in contrasting colours, the majority with vignette of a batsman on front cover (most staples perished, several vols. subsequently sewn, 1922 worn on spine, 1924 lightly soiled), modern box. Provenance : R.N. Jones (ownership signature in many vols). A COMPLETE SET, with generally well-preserved wrappers, the batsman on the covers appearing in two attitudes.
