FABRIZZI, GIROLAMO. Crisol de la Cirugia...traducido en Castellano por Don Pedro Gonzalez de Godoy. Valencia: Benito Macè for Carlos Macè, Francisco Duart and Claudio Macè 1676. Folio, 288 x 205mm. (11 5/16 x 8 1/8in.), nineteenth-century quarter calf over marbled boards, covers worn, inner joints loosened, lacks 4 of preliminaries, some dampstaining, mostly at front and back, small hole in M1, slight tear in Cc4. Title within type ornament border and with pictorial woodcut vignette of the Blessed Virgin and the Infant Jesus, vignette tailpiece woodcut at end of tables, text in double column. Another edition in Spanish was published in Madrid in the same year. Palau 14256. Provenance : Juan Carlos Ahumada, bookplate at front, ink stamp at end; the present owner.
