Four Dutch Delft blue and white various chinoiserie jugs and a Dutch Delft blue and white chinoiserie calabash vase and three Dutch engraved glass two-handled carafes THE JUGS EARLY 18TH CENTURY, THE CALABASH VASE LATE 17TH CENTURY MARKED W ABOVE P9 AND N6, THE CARAFES 19TH CENTURY Comprising: a pewter-mounted jug with ovoid body painted with Orientals in conversation (chipped to the spout, glaze abrasion to the upper rim), 22 cm. high, a jug with baluster body with Orientals in a garden, 19.7 cm. high, a jug with baluster body with stylised foliage (restuck glaze chip to the handle), 20 cm. high, a pewter-mounted jug with baluster body with stylised Orientals, strap handle (restored), 24.5 cm. high, a calabash vase with globular body with Wan Li-style Oriental figures alternating foliate panels (the upper rim extensively repaired), 27.5 cm. high, three glass carafes or Bruidskaraffen , engraved with vine and birds, enhanced in gilt (one with heavy rubbing to the gilding), 23.2 cm. high (8)
