Four Stag Antler Pipecases, a Stag Antler and Wood Pipecase, and an Ivory Pipecase** Edo period (19th century), the second signed Tokoku ; the fourth signed Masataka Comprising a stag antler pipecase boldly carved with Chinese lions near a waterfall and peonies; a stag antler pipecase carved in low relief with a branch of a gingko tree, with a "Dutch" leather tobacco pouch with gold horse clasp and a coral bead ojime , wood and metal pipe; a stained stag antler pipecase with a leather tobacco pouch with an ivory Tengu-mask clasp, glass bead ojime , bamboo and metal pipe with waves in relief; a stag antler pipecase with fan-shaped panels of plum, pine and bamboo in sunken relief, brocade tobacco pouch with coiling dragon gilt-metal clasp, stone bead ojime ; a wood and stag antler pipecase applied with silver and gilt-metal gourds on a vine, bamboo and metal pipe with cranes in relief; an ivory pipecase carved with birds by grasses in low relief 8¾in.
