(Lacking title and final ?blank, signatures K & L from the fourth part misbound in place of kk & ll in the second part and vice versa. Stained, some leaves torn, most repaired, with some loss.) Later half vellum (tear to spine). Provenance : various early inscriptions and notes including Caspar Erleholtz of Voerlingen and Johannes Merckh. Graesse III p.43.
