GENERAL SECTION - "FOREIGN COUNTRIES" IDEAL ALBUM Fifth Edition, leather bound with gilt-edged pages, spaces for stamps to 1913, we small ranges or odd stamps from a number of countries throughout with larger ranges of Bavaria, Bulgaria, China, Egypt, German Empire, Japan (many assumed to be reprints), Monaco, Spain, Switzerland & Turkey; we note Mozambique Company 1920 surcharges mint set, Obock 1893-1904 mint & used to 1fr, Shanghai 1866-73 2c rose, 1867-76 1c brown & 3c orange - all mint/unused and a strong range of USA with 1869 complete to 12c, 1890 30c black & 90c orange, 1893 Columbus all values to 50c with 6c, 10c, 15c & 50c unused (Columbus cat $750+ alone), 1898 Trans-Mississippi Expo all values to 10c & $1 (corner fault, but cat.$725). Lovely clean pages throughout, this would be a joy to continue, a piece of paper found within and dated June 1st 1913 states "Foreign Countries 2340 (stamps)," apart from a few additions, this album appears to be almost untouched since then! (estimate 2300+ stamps).
