The ovoid body rising from a short spreading foot to a lipped rim, the circular domed cover with a conical knop finial, all covered in an amber glaze unevenly dripping down to the foot and partly covering the flat base, revealing the buff ware. Provenance: From a private estate in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. Condition: Good condition with old wear and firing flaws, including firing cracks, pitting, and dark spots, all as expected.
