First edition, half-title, [ESTC: many copies]; [ two pamphlets removed here]; [Great Britain. Parliament. House of Commons] A complete and accurate account of the very important debate in the House of Commons, on Tuesday, July 9, 1782. In which the cause of Mr. Fox’s resignation, and the great question of American independence came under consideration . . . . London: sold by J. Stockdale, 1782. Second edition, 8vo, 61 pp., first issued without pp. 59-61 which contain a "short but important conversation, which took place in the House of peers, July 12", most copies do not have these additional pages, trimmed close at the sides, touching a few page numbers, tears in the inner margin of the last two leaves, affecting the odd letter, [Sabin 15053; Howes C651; Adams 82-45b.]; [Sinclair, Sir John] Lucubrations during a short recess.
