Albumen photograph, 6.25 x 4.675 in. (sight), framed to 11.25 x 10 in. Originally taken by Mathew Brady at Cold Harbor, VA, on June 12, 1864. General George G. Meade is seated at center in the photograph, looking directly at the camera, with Generals Andrew A. Humphreys and Marsena R. Patrick to his right, plus Brigadier Generals Rufus Ingalls and Henry J. Hunt standing on his left. The men stand in uniform before a tent, with a flag raised at center left. Condition: Not examined outside frame.
