The Works of that Learned and Judicious Divine, Mr Richard Hooker, in Eight Books, 1676, engraved portrait frontispiece torn to lower outer blank corner and lined to verso, additional engraved title, letterpress title in red & black, some early marginal notes, dust-soiling, dampstaining and spotting, later endpapers, early 19th century half calf, old reback and corner repairs, spine relaid, some wear, folio, together with Book of Common Prayer, The Book of Common Prayer, and Administration of the Sacraments..., together with the Psalter or Psalms of David..., London: Printed by John Bill Thomas Newcomb, and Henry Hills, 1680, bound with The Whole Book of Psalms, Collected into English Metre by Thomas Sternhold, John Hopkins, and others, London: Company of Stationers, 1680, slight surface wear to few letters of title, volume red ruled throughout, toning and light dust-soiling, all edges gilt, upper hinge broken, 19th century blind decorated black morocco, rubbed and worn, slim 8vo, with Felltham (Owen), Resolves: Divine, Moral, Political. The Eighth Impression. With new and several other Additions both in Prose and Verse not extant in the former impressions, 1661, additional engraved title lined to verso, some dampstaining & toning, page edges slightly wormed, 19th century half calf, green morocco title label, spine incorrectly numbered vol. 1 in gilt, small folio, plus five other 17th and 18th century theology related (Qty: 8)
