Superimposed on the top is the cipher of Grand Duchess Elisaveta Fyodorovna. Verso hallmarked St. Petersburg and maker's initials for Nichols & Plinke and engraved with recipient's name "A.E. Folkman" and dated 1900. Height 44 mm. Together with a finely struck medal commemorating the 300 anniversary of the rule of the house of Romanov, diameter 30 mm.
