Ireland, Victoria, unofficial piedfort "Pattern Double Florins" or "Four Shillings" (5), dated 1901, struck in .999 silver, to a brilliant proof finish, crowned and veiled old head left, by Donald R Golder after Thomas Brock VICTORIA.DEI GRATIA.IND.IMP (3), smaller bust, VICTORIA.DEI. GRA BRITT.REGINA.FID.DEF IND.IMP, (2), rev. en medaille, third inverted, crowned Irish harp with XXXX to left and VIII to right, for forty eight pence, all within ornate quatrefoil, HIBERNIA above, date below, edge , plain, first and fourth milled, diameter 36mm., brilliant as struck , with modern reverse die, incuse impression of Hibernia dated 1901, which served to strike the preceding pieces, cancelled, with three lead impressions, the last with matt finish, as made and cancelled (4)
