Length:6.55m(21ft.6in.)Beam:1.82m(6ft.)Draft:0.55m(1ft.10in.) Built by Banhams of Cambridge c.1935 of single chine mahogany on sawn oak frames, with intermediate mahogany ribs. Splined planking to the sides and seam battened bottom. Bright varnished to the waterline inside and out and painted below. Fitted with double oak rubbing strakes and chrome protective strips. Engine: Morris Vedette four cylinder petrol, Model M2, No. 25V91. Solex carburettor and magneto ignition. Instrumentation includes ammeter and oil pressure gauge. Fitted with a three blade, bronze propeller. Engine fully overhauled by Gosnays Engineering. General arrangement: Foredeck of fan laid mahogany planks with contrasting strips, chrome bow fitting, mooring cleat, navigation lamp with burgee mast, vented fuel filler to 15 gallon fuel tank below. Fore cockpit with access door to forepeak, varnished bench and side seating upholstered in maroon vinyl, red linoleum covered floorboards throughout. Aft cockpit with removable engine cover, wheel steering to port with chrome column. Aft side bench seating upholstered in maroon vinyl, with laid mahogany picnic table on chrome pillar. Aft deck of laid mahogany planks, with locker doors for access to steering quadrant. Chrome cleats, fairleads and ensign socket. Stern navigation lamp on transom. Inventory includes bilge pump, antique and modern fire extinguishers, fenders, paddle, warps and mooring spike. There is an all-over tonneau cover in blue canvas. Includes a four wheel, galvanised road trailer. The boat has been certificated for the Boat Safety Scheme, but this needs to be renewed. A recent survey is available.
