[c. 1773]; and 2 autograph manuscripts about the "Further Case" by Humphrey Quill, v.s., n.d. [c. 1960s] (3). *** Unpublished petition to parliament; this is the only evidence of this pamphlet. "These broadsheets were written by Taylor White, treasurer of the Foundling Hospital and northern circuit judge. James Short compiled the results. See Lalandés Diary." - Andrew King Further Case, "is a draft intended for the M.P's etc. Its interest lies in the fact that J.H. realises that he must have been very rude to the B[oard] of L[ongitude], & it appears that he believes that this rudeness may be one of the causes why the £20,000 has been witheld from him." - Humphrey Quill.
