Mechanical, centering a rectangular silver-tone dial with black Arabic numerals and railroad chapter ring, set within a pierced case accented by old European and single-cut diamonds, diameter approximately 29 x 13 mm., completed by a black grosgrain strap, dial signed Tiffany & Co., movement signed Patek Philippe & Co., Geneve, Switzerland, no. 806069, case no. 806069, reverse of case personally engraved Evelyn M.
