LANDING TARGET OF OPPORTUNITY – Apollo Target of Opportunity Flight Chart (ATO), Apollo Mission 11, 16 July 1969 Launch Date, March 4, 1969. Aeronautical Chart and Information Center, USAF for NASA, 1969. Chart made for the use of astronauts as they research future lunar landing sites SIGNED and INSCRIBED by Buzz ALDRIN. Two identical legend blocks have the same SKB 32100082-326 ID number, which was identical to the chart issued to Armstrong, Aldrin, and Collins for Apollo 11. This chart has several orbits plotted in different colors and has marks with arrows locating import features to observe and photograph. Shutter speeds, f-stops, and lens size (either 80 or 250 mm) recommendations are listed inside the legend block section. Photographic objectives included areas for future landing sites. At the time of this flight, NASA had planned for nine more missions, up to Apollo 20. Chart, 14 by 58 inches.
