A catalogue printed for the Levant Fair in 1934, held in Tel-Aviv between the dates 26.4-26.5. The catalogue includes greetings from Meir Dizengoff, Arthur Wauchope, and trade ministers from the participating countries, as well as lists of exhibitors (in alphabetic order, by country of origin and by kind of merchandise), two photomontage works of the exhibition facilities and of visitors, four maps and more. The catalogue also includes a significant section with advertisements, many of which are illustrated, of various commercial enterprises in Palestine. [402] pp, (changing pagination) + [4] maps, approx. 30.5 cm. Good-fair condition. Stains (mainly to binding, margins and first and last leaves). Slight creases and defects. A large open tear to first leaf. Binding damaged and worn, attached with adhesive paper to the body of the catalogue. Open tear at lower right corner and a scribble in pen to front binding. Spine is lacking and restored with a fabric band.
